Tom Woodward & Evan Buckley

Good mates and tour buddies, nomadic Tom Woodward & Canberran Evan Buckley (The Burley Griffin) will be serenading, storytelling, fingerpicking and harmonising their way through a captivating set of each other's songs on an eclectic bill featuring some of Melbourne's most compelling musical stalwarts.

Humdinger are back, bigger and better than ever. Emerging from hiatus fully reformed and with a whole new arsenal of songs at their disposal. For the uninitiated, expect fuel injected rock and roll laced with trappings from the 60's, 70's and 80's. With their reputation for energetic live shows, frenetic riffs and sardonic lyricism, be prepared for nothing but a good time.

Evan Buckley is the band leader and principal song writer behind The Burley Griffin, a collective of Canberra's finest musicians. Evan grew up in Canberra, homeschooled in a religious end-times cult, and has since hitch hiked and toured through 37 American states, exorcising and befriending his demons along the way. A seasoned and charismatic performer, Evan has also spent over 15 years delighting audiences around Australia, supporting iconic bands from Augie March, and Mia Dyson to Abbe May and Custard. His songwriting spans post religious folk hymns, cinematic lyrical singalongs, and exuberant hip swaggering numbers that meander and swell, then blister and sear with rhythmic interplay and melodic invitation.

Songs to dance or contemplate with, you'll leave spiritually refreshed.

Suzie So Blue's music is a captivating journey through the landscapes of the human experience, where raw emotions and authentic storytelling come together to create a truly soul-stirring musical experience.

**Tom Woodward **is a folksinger, guitar picker and writer of strange but compelling songs. In early 2023 he put down the guitar and embarked on a two month walk up the east coast of Australia, ending in a hospital stay and a hard-earned respect for the fragility of life. A year and a half later he got deported as an illegal alien from the USA. Composed in the twilit limbo between these two life shattering events, Revolving Doors is his new album. It will hit streaming services in August 2024 and he will be launching it across Australia with a run of shows throughout the Spring.
