Scarnon

Get ready to slam the door on 2025 with a hard-rock blowout built for the big screen. Scarnon, Tench, and Sharpener unite for one last thunderous night—an end-of-year eruption of riffs, grit, and unfiltered volume. It’s the kind of show that doesn’t just close a calendar; it detonates it. Like Mad Max said, “She’s the last of the V8s. You can shut the gate on this one. It’s the duck’s guts.” That’s the energy fueling this finale—raw, roaring, and unapologetically loud. If you want to finish the year soft, stay home. If you want to finish it shaking the walls… we’ll see you in the pit. SCARNON are a three-piece hard rock/metal outfit from Melbourne, slinging loud, riff-heavy tunes with zero subtlety and plenty of attitude. Blending classic Aussie pub-rock grit with modern metal bite, the band hit hard onstage and on record — big hooks, bigger riffs, and absolutely no muckin’ about. Fresh off the release of their full-length album GROW UP, Scarnon continue to carve out their place in the Australian heavy scene with a sound that’s raw, honest, and built for sweaty gigs and sticky floors. They’ll be supported by northside noise merchants TENCH who have chipped away for the better part of 2025 to finally bring together their debut album MIND BAIT; a collection of piss and vinegar clangour that is angrier, heavier growth from the 2024 ‘Gutted’ EP release.  The album is TENCH’s first release under Melbourne based label UnDunn Records and will be brought live, loud and unapologetically raw. And first up on the night will be SHARPENER playing their second show ever. Formed in 2025 by Vincent Corrigan on bass (formerly of Long Island bands Inside/Blood Red), Max Donohue (Cutters) on drums, Ben Hoath on guitars and Jonathan Eley-Lane on vocals. The band has set out to put their own mark on Australian post-hardcore.
